The European Laser Radial Men's Championship & Trophy 2014 is a restricted entry allocated championship, sailors wishing to enter must first complete an application form. Total entry for this event is limited to 120 sailors.

• Ranking of applications by National Associations: Mon 17th of March until Mon 31st of March 2014, 23:59 GMT
